Prairie African is not only a means to keep us informed but also a way to document indefinitely, achievements and continuations that Black Canadians are doing in Canada, particularly on the prairies. Glad to see Richard leading it so that current and future generations will be proud of what they do and who they are!

Very much enjoy this paper with its focus on African stories, people and events in and around Manitoba. In particular, the focus on culture is particularly interesting and always present in each edition of the paper.

Prairie African being the flagship publication representing the afro-canadians is a very impressive magazine covering wide range of issues and topics affecting the demography it represents. Bukki Solanke Inc, for Bukki Solanke REALTOR is proud to be associated with them. Thank you for doing a great job!

I reached out to Prairie African for a print ad to promote my coffee business (Diaspora Cafe) to the African community. Needless to say, we got more than we asked for when Richard (Editor and owner) did a full page feature! So grateful! It's awesome that we have a newspaper that focuses on the African diaspora!

The Prairie African website is so refreshingly modest but appealing in its overall design that even a technically savvy website critic will have little complaints about its layout. The articles on the page are refreshing, well-written and often with a touch of humour that makes you want to read more. I particularly love its coverage of sports as it touches on everything from soccer to the UFC. In general, this is a fantastic site and you'd be pleasantly surprised as to how well the articles have been written. I'd recommend it all day long!

I love reading the articles in Prairie African . I find them to be informative, educational and very supportive of our black community. So nice to see the diversity and talents highlighted, something that has never been done before, in any meaningful way. Keep up the good work Richard, wishing you and your team continued success.

I never knew there were so many successful Africans in Manitoba until I saw Prairie African. It’s a good place to connect with the community, find stuffs about Africa, and helping to bring the African community together. Kudos to the publishers.

Praire African's newsletter is such a great resource. I enjoy getting my weekly copy and reading all the great stories and offerings in them.I have been fortunate enough to meet some of the creators of the newletter and they are such great people. They really do have a passion for what they are doing. I commend them for offering a channel for the African community to tell their stories and advertise their businesses.
